Mô tả công việc
- Handle Vietnam–China cross-border trucking shipments;
- Manage operations at border gates;
- Prepare and check customs and transport documents;
- Coordinate with customs brokers, trucking vendors, and partners;
- Track shipments and handle operational issues; Ensure smooth customs clearance, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery.
- Input/update all required data on the system; Control costs and support invoicing.
- Manage operations at border gates;

- Track shipments and handle operational issues; Ensure smooth customs clearance, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Practical understanding of Vietnam–China border trade operations;
- Knowledge of customs procedures, inspection processes, and trucking regulations;
- Familiar with Incoterms and international trade documentation;
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent border situations;
- High attention to detail and operational discipline;
- Knowing Chinese is a strong advantage.
