Mô tả công việc
- Receive customer request, respond, consult customers for producdt and provide services.
- Co-ordinate withe relative department, prepare relating document for meeting with suppliers, customers.
- Co-ordinate with relative department to make a tender, quotation.
- Work closely and co-ordinate with oversea suppliers for processing the purchase order, provide documents and follow up the order processing until delivery.
- Assit Accountant team to issue invoice, make payment for supplier.
- Support Import & Export documents / find and follow up forwarder to do shipment.
- Co-ordinate with engineer to support customer and arrange the goods to deliver onsite.
- Manage an extra work efficiently, manage document by control system.
- Be responsible for stock list & inventory, follow the material balance, manage all equipment and goods arrive and sent out to customer; advise to place new order when necessary.
- Other duites assigned by the Management.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor in Business ADministration or related
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Vietnamese.
- Management and organization skills, attention to details and manage time effectively.
- Hard working, positive and high responsibility.
- Experience in administration at least 2 year.
