- To ensure that quality standards are maintained
- To achieve production targets with best utilization of available resources
- To supervise all production activities
- To solve the problems faced during production
- To give suggestions to reduce the production cost
- To keep close liaison with warehouse, QC, QA and other related departments to ensure smooth working
- To follow and execute company policies in all areas of production
- To receive & liaise new sample development with Managing Director
- To be responsible for people (leaders, workers, technicians, staffs, etc..) hiring, evaluation and retain
- To build a positive environment and work relation by giving example of good manner and effective communication
- To plan the head count according to the target

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience required
- Requires extensive knowledge of production process activities
- 5 or more years of progressive supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Good English communication skills
- Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required
- Strong communication skills and being able to work under pressure
- Independent, highly motivated, pro-active and result oriented
- Requires extensive knowledge of production process activities
- 5 or more years of progressive supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment
