Mô tả công việc
- Set daily/weekly/monthly Production Targets, objectives and communicate them to production team.
- Organize workflow and sewing machine layout by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Oversee and coach production operators
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Check and ensure production output quantity and quality meets specifications
- Submit reports on performance and progress Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Train new production operators and support employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from College or University
- Male/Female, preferably above 30 years old
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Production Supervisor and management experience in Men and Ladies Undergarments (Seamless Undergarments, Cut & Sew and Bra) Industry
- Working Knowledge in Production Planning and well versed in Microsoft Excel.
- Good command of Written and Spoken English.
- Good Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Well organized; self-motivated and team player.
- Male/Female, preferably above 30 years old
