Mô tả công việc
• Collaborating with Research team to ensure we are sourcing sufficient quality interviews to answer client questions
• Developing a process for (and then overseeing) scheduling, execution, and processing of interviews while in the field
• Conducting interviews, as and when needed
• Monitoring and continuously adjusting the process to ensure we are tracking toward our qualitative research goals
• Training and coaching Analysts to effectively conduct in-depth research interviews.
• Developing new research methods and processes to innovate on the qualitative research process to best meet client needs.
• Provide regular senior stakeholder updates on program progress.

Yêu cầu công việc
• From 25-30 age, experience in managing qualitative projects from beginning to end, that include: Working alongside the Client Service team to scope and refine clients' qualitative research objectives
• 2-year experience running FGD's, Ethnography, Senior IDI's and ideal if the candidate has online qual/community research experience.
• Inspirational team leader, capable of working proactively with the minimum of supervision
• Strong influencing skills, effective in aligning teams and leaders that are indirectly associated with the programme
• Accountable for specified client targets (as Key Performance Indicators)
• Extensive client relationship development and key client contact on complex projects
