- Analyze data on real estate market and trends
- Prepare real estate market analysis reports and make recommendations
- Support to interpret data, formulate analysist reports and make recommendations
- Prepare and participate site check to understand the market trend
- Build database professionally for practical use
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.

- University degree in relevant majors
- Having from 1-3 years of working experience in real estate industry
- Experienced in data analysis, data building, finding insight from market data
- Skill of market research, analyst, problem-solving
- Good communication in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)
- Good MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Positive and teamwork spirit
- Responsible, autonomous, punctual and detail-oriented
