Mô tả công việc
- Developing and recommending strategies to ensure recruitment process in a given time frame.
- Collaborate with departments on regular basis & proactively identify future hiring needs.
- Develops & update job descriptions, job specifications.
- Perform jobs & task analysis to document job requirement & objective.
- Preparing recruitments materials and locate appropriated candidates via several of methods.
- Screen candidates’ resumes & applications.
- Conduct interviews process within schedule.
- Assess applicants’ relevant KSA.
- Corporate with Training staff regarding on boarding new hires in order to become fully integrated.
- Provide analytical & well documented recruiting reports to manager.
- Do manpower market research.
- Developing & maintaining a strong network related to recruitment works both inside & outside of organizations.
- Other tasks will assigned by HR Manager.
