● Understanding HR agencies to find & get new clients to run ‘Recruitment & Recruit
project combo’ campaigns (55%)
● Focus to reach recruitment product’s the sales target quarterly & yearly (25%)
● Create & develop to 2 recruitment & career coach products with BOD.
● Make the basic proposal for pitching new clients.
● Cooperate with account & operating team to ensure project’s KPI for clients
● Cooperate with Recruit & Coaching team in operation activities
● Others as discussed in the interview.

Yêu cầu công việc
● At least 2 years experience in B2B executive sales is MUST; refer banking/insurance,
trave/hospitality, education, high-class retail & general service industry.
● Understanding about Recruitment & Training HR Vietnam is prioritized; loving the HR
agency industry is a big plus.
● Can use English is an advantage, especially in speaking & listening.
● Good at negotiation, self-encouragement, high responsibility, team-work skills.
