Senior Project Manager

- Implement overall project development from pre-development, conceptual, design development, construction, and post-development stages
- Responsible for overall master planning, design parameter and compliances, follow up on any authority’s submission and approval matters
- Responsible for managing the engineering consultant’s procurement, design development billing stage, and performance evaluation
- Implement projects in accordance with as per the design, construction drawings, specification, and contractual requirements
- Ensuring that the projects are implemented and delivered as per the design, construction drawings, specifications, contract requirements, on schedule and complied with the required quality standards
- To liaise with Architects and consultants on technical matters in relation to construction works
- Take charge of liaison with all respective authorities’ related matters such as planning and investment task, submission, follow up on approval processes, authorities’ networking, meeting, and inspection
- Take charge of all authorities’ related matters such as submission, meeting, and inspection during pre-development, during construction, and post-development stages

- Salary: $2000 – $3000. It depends on the candidate’s interview

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum of 3 – 5 years working in property development, project or construction management
- Strong understanding of local authority’s procedures and Laws related to Property Development and implementation
- Strong leadership, assertive and initiative and able to communicate with all levels
- Be able to build up and strengthen wide networking with authorities in various departments and working levels
- Excellent command of English
