Senior R&D Manager

- Setting researching plan, design, and deploy productions every week/ month/ quarter/ year;
- Searching for new ideas related to designs, names, materials used … from which to develop research plans and product deployment according to the orientation and strategy of the Company;
- Organize, receive, collect, and process information about products and prices from inside and outside the Company;
- Access to information about new products and new technologies to provide solutions for researching and designing new products and improving existing products;
- Review and make adjustments related to the design and experiment during production deployment;
- Be responsible for deploying the trial production of new products: monitoring, urging, and supervision;
- Coordinate with BP / PBs for effective product research and development;
- Drafting, reviewing, updating quality standards, product norms, production processes, standard samples … for products;
- Keep confidential information about new products, innovative products, technology, and other information about the Company…

- Salary: $3000 – $5000, depends on candidates experiences and qualification;

- Degree/Diploma in Food Technology or relevant;
- At least 5 years of experience in food research and development ( snack or relevant food from meat) and from 2 years in the same position;
- Fluent in verbal and written English, special handle technical documents in English;
- Having experiences in food packaging is an advantage;
