Supply Chain Specialist

• Monitor import-export activities, including shipping document tracking, progress of customs clearance and update the arrival/depart schedule to warehouses and other related departments.
• Make the spending report and payment by checking & collecting billing, verifying and consolidating the data from Logistic Service Provider (LSP) and representative office team.
• Be responsible for import/export shipment release including damage claim with insurance company.
• Be responsible for foreign trade activities as import-export license, HS code, tax rate.
• Consult internal/external customer and support business on the HS classification or other local legislation’s requirements with relevant parties.
• Be responsible for the operation transportation management for export orders.
• Reconcile the actual expense on the SAP vs expense.
• Ensure Transportation and Distribution Safety (TDS) performance in compliance with TDS standard
• Manage non-conformance from internal/external customer.
• Ensure all company’s requirements are properly implemented by LSPs through monitoring LSP KPI,conducting regular audit / meeting and requesting/following up to ensure LSP to improve on audits.
• Maintain the logistics cost competitive by reviewing logistics spending, updating market information, proposing LSP list and assisting Manager to roll out the logistics tender process.
• Participate into “Service and cost” improvement activities by coordinating with LSP to identify

• Education: Degree, preferably in Supply chain/ Industrial Management.
• Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in Logistics (import & export management, transportation) preferably in MNC or matrix organization
• Experience in Chemical Industry is advantage.
• Good English and computer skills (excel & power point)
• Knowledge of SAP supply chain modules
• In-dept knowledge of Import and Export documentation, Incoterms (official rules for the interpretation of trade terms), customs regulation and practices.
