- Arrange all correspondence, couriers, and goods in the company.
- Arrange domestics and international shipping.
- Support tasks related to searching, sourcing and collecting information for products and services.
- Receive emails, phone calls and forward information to the person in charge.
- Arrange meeting rooms and work schedules related to the internal company.
- Follow up manager's work and track the progress.
- Handle necessary support tasks from colleagues.
- Manage Facebook/Zalo/Linkedin pages.

- Experience is not required.
- Working time: From Monday to Friday (9 AM – 6 PM: at office) and Saturday morning (9 AM – 12 PM: remote)
