Mô tả công việc

- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the phone; answering or referring inquiries; directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
- Maintain safe and clean reception area
- Franking postage of outgoing mails
- Update appointment and meeting calendars
- Make visa procedure, work permit, book hotel and ticket for colleagues, guests, ETC.
- Maintain office security by controlling access via the reception desk
- Purchase monthly stationaries and keep inventory of stock
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Maintain a sufficient record of office supplies
- Order, provide and manage inventory of PPE annually
- Coordinate with cleaner on cleaning and office supply
- Coordinating office activities and offering administrative support
- Other tasks as assigned by the HRM:
- Welcome and process required tasks for new employees
- Take part in internal communication via Yammer, Facebook ETC.
- Other tasks as required by HRM

Yêu cầu công việc

- Minimum College’s degree or a comparable level
- 2 years of experience as Receptionist and/or Admin for international companies
- Experience in working with suppliers, sound knowledge of supply management
- Proficiency in English language
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-service mindset
