Mô tả công việc
- Support for the Director / Board of Directors to solve problems in the field of human resources in the company.
- Interact and support other departments when they have requirements or difficulties in personnel matters.
- Planning and organizing the implementation of Recruitment and Training; planning and developing human resources for the Company.
- Developing systems, policies, salary scales and regimes for employees; managing and organizing the implementation of policies and salaries; take care of staff's lives;
- Developing tools for evaluating and managing human resources; manage and organize the evaluation of the working efficiency and capacity of the staff.
- Developing sets of rules, regulations and processes related to the activities of the Human Resources Department;
- Building corporate culture, office culture in line with Core Values, Vision and Mission that the Company offers.
- Advise the Board of Directors on human resource development and management strategies;
- Brainstorm ideas for company events.
- And other requirements as assigned by the Director/ HR Leader.

- Graduated from College/University majoring in Human Resource Management/Business Administration.
- Work independently and work well in a team
- Good English 4 skills
