Electrical Executive/ Engineer

• Responsible for the functions and operations of the Electric department at the farm including leading and monitoring project construction plans.
• Ensure that the construction project requirements are met in terms of electrical design, functionality, quality and workability for the supply scope.
• Responsible for updating information on electrical works, systems and giving advice and recommendations to the Board of Directors.
• Troubleshoot and provide problem analysis and resolve reported issues from the field.
• Implement continual improvement in power related projects for productivity and cost effectiveness.
• Provide feedback from implemented projects and from “lessons learned” to take corrective / preventive actions.
• Develop and execute structured preventive maintenance for the entire plant.
• Liaise with local authorities (EVN), contractors and suppliers.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes and OSHA safety standards in Vietnam.
• Participate in recruiting local electricians and review their work performance.
• Develop capacity building and implementation plans for local technicians to improve their troubleshooting skills.
• Prepare and submit reports to Manage and handle document fill control.

• Salary: $1000 – $1500, depends on candidate’s experience and qualifications.

• Possess a Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years working experience in related fields, prefer overseas experience.
• Proficient in Preventive Maintenance Management and Risk Management.
• Independent, analytical and possess good planning skill.
• Effective communication, troubleshooting and problem - solving skills.
• Able to understand or to speak Vietnamese will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
