Mô tả công việc
- Develop the Company’s HR system and performance appraisal scheme;
- Design salary structure and C&B scheme for different staff levels;
- Develop, update, review, and follow up staff handbook and HR policies, procedure;
- Ensure the recruitment plan meets the timeline and target; and the quality of recruitment meet the development requirement;
- Ensure accurate and timely management of payroll, benefit and PIT issues;
- Develop and update all job description in the Company;
- Responsible for staffs’ rewards, disciplinary action and coordinate staff promotion, transferring, termination processes;
- Maintain staff database, staff filing system and manage employment contracts;
- Manage HR staffs;
- Build up the relationship with Government and Authority;
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 5 years working experience in human resources management;
- Fluent in English for all skills
- Have solid experience on these competencies: Recruitment, Training, Compensation & Benefit and Employee Relation;
- Demonstrate strong leadership capacities and good at team player;
- Good interpersonal, analysis, problem solving and communication skills; and be able to work effectively with all levels of staffs;
- Ability to respond to significant inquiries or issues from employees, managers or government agencie
- Fluent in English for all skills
