Mô tả công việc

- Fully manage the existing export-import operations comprised of tiles/ spc & quartz.
- Devise and execute a master plan to further develop the existing trading activities and also expand into new opportunity areas and markets that may be divergent from the company's traditional business-lines.
- Able to conduct surveys and market research to study and analyze the changing needs of the customers
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in the market
- Anticipate, research and report on future changes in import/export laws and in relevant local territory practices, and ensure such knowledge is factored into the planning of the department's own strategy, resources and procedures.
- Make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained.
- Developing a commercial plan for the Key Accounts
- Contacting the network and accordingly developing new opportunities by tapping the potential customers from different countries Identifying and connecting with the most important players on the market.
- Active prospecting and running targeted sales campaigns.
- Negotiating about collaboration conditions
- Expanding a strong sales team in targeted markets.
- Coordinating the teams mutually, in collaboration with VN HQ.
- Take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities.
- Build and manage a productive team to support and provide the necessary scale to achieve the objectives defined.
- Ensure that the all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales
- Secure operations:
- Managing the movement of products out of the country in accordance with organizational policy and procedure, and to comply with relevant local country.
- Managing the necessary documentation and forms for the efficient, cost-effective and lawful execution of all import/export activities.
- Liaising with other departments in order to establish and maintain effective activities and support in relation to the organization's sales.
- Investigate, plan strategically effective transport methods, which meet optimally the needs of the organization and customers.

- You have demonstrated verifiable success in project management and leadership responsibilities.
- You are an international marketer and business developer and in-depth knowledge of B2B markets in target regions.
- You have hands-on knowledge and experience with banking practices and procedures including Letter of Credits, payments, and utilizing trade finance facilities.
- You are a natural at relationship building that will maintain good working relations with clients, vendors and government agencies, as well as being in constant look out for further developing company's business network.
- Excellent negotiation skills are a pre-requisite in determining the prices and discounts for different products.
