UI / UX Designer

Developing product UI/UX principles with sketches, wireframes, and detailed descriptions with consistent logic.
Designing user flow that demonstrates an understanding of content, functions, and relationships within the system
Building design systems with proper service function/identity with the team
Conducting user research with surveys, interviews, and usability testing
Ideating functions related to game-style service, and developing the ideas with other team members
Do market research including market/consumer trends, competitive analysis, and suggest service direction for a better version of the product.
Researching and applying the latest research practices, including HCI research, design guidelines, and design heuristics
Converging and translating technological, operational, and functional constraints into human-centered opportunities
Facilitating and designing for the relational aspects across every part of the experience
Brand identity design guide line for online & offline marketing
Supporting the UX leader in formulating, interpreting, visually articulating the product.
Assigned by the Line manager or/and Head of Department.

Experience as a UI/UX designer, interaction designer, or similar role.
Experience in making wireframes with detailed descriptions for existing service
Experience working in the prototyping tools (Figma, Axure, Adobe XD, etc.)
Basic understanding the design principles in Android, IOS mobile, web environment
Relentless desire for innovation, balanced with business needs, and customer expectations
Experience playing various games, including the city-builder genre
Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for the implementation of designs
Basic writing and verbal communication skills in English
Familiar with the Agile working process
Experience working in usability test and user research, UX research / analysis planning
Basic knowledge on HTML / CSS.
Experience working in a full cycle of design projects, from design strategy through execution and market introduction
Interest in cognitive psychology
Prior design experience in the field of data science, developer tools, and machine learning tools
