- Arrange all company correspondence, couriers, and goods.
- Arrange domestics and international shipping.
- Follow up manager's work and track the progress.
- Support work related to searching, sourcing for products and services.
- Handle necessary support tasks.
- Receive emails, phone calls and forward information to the person in charge.
- Arrange meeting rooms and work related to the internal company.
- Manage Facebook/Linkedin pages.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Can work for long time.
- Accept student in 4th year.
- Experience is not required.
- Working time: From Monday to Friday (9 AM – 6 PM: at office) and Saturday morning (9 AM – 12 PM: remote)
